Classes are performed at La Giostra Restaurant at 1244 Munras Ave. Monterey, CA 93940
Each student will receive a commemorative apron and recipe book for all of the above menus.
Tasting of the food is done during class and at the end of class with everybody sitting at the table with wine.
Payment is due before the class starts ( checks or cash only )

Classes will proceed if a minimum of 8 students attend the class ( up to 12 students )
